8 January 2026 NOTIFICATION OF EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Orbital Corporation Ltd ACN 009 344 058 (‘Orbital UAV’ or ‘Company’) advises that 17,500,000 quoted options, exercisable at $0.35 (ASX: OECO) (Options) will expire at 5:00pm (WST) on Saturday, 7 February 2026 (Expiry Date). Clause 5.2 of Appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules provides that the Company is required to send a notice to all holders of quoted options that are about to expire no less than 20 business days prior to the expiry date. Notices have been despatched to all holders of Options today. The Company provides the following information: 1. As at the date of this announcement, the total number of Options on issue is 17,500,000. 2. The total number of fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) in the Company that would be issued on the exercise and conversion of the Options is 17,500,000. 3. As at the date of this announcement, the total number of Shares on issue is 179,065,431. 4. The exercise price for each Option is $0.35. 5. The due date for payment of $0.35 per Option being exercised is the Expiry Date. 6. If the payment in cleared funds is not received by the Expiry Date, the Options will expire unexercised and all rights attaching to the Options will cease. 7. Official quotation of the Options on ASX will cease at close of trading on Monday, 2 February 2026, being four business days before the Expiry Date.
